Joshua Leadership Project

Joshua Leadership Project (JLP) serves to provide multiple training tracks for church members to respond to the Word by exercising their spiritual gifts under the direct mentorship of their respective church leaders, with support from the regional General Office.

The training tracks include the evangelist track, Bible teacher track, and media track. Each training track is anticipated to include track-related Bible lectures and workshops in addition to having weekly tasks to be fulfilled.

Through JLP, participants of the evangelist track are expected to be involved in street evangelism and planning for outreach programs while Bible teacher track participants will be equipped with the knowledge to prepare Bible lectures and deliver them effectively, in addition to leading cell groups. Participants of media track will be trained to design flyers and banners, while managing their local church’s website and social media.
