A healthy church is supposed to naturally grow just as healthy baby does through its expected steps in maturity. If church is stagnant at some point showing no progress in increase of membership, it requires its pastors and leaders to look at the situation with more attention. Any necessary measure should be taken to change its growth pattern and revitalize mission expansion.

OA created a team which promotes member churches to give a particular care to improve their growth pattern. Pastors are assisted with diverse programs in regards to the goal of their Church Growth which include specific counseling, resources and strategies. Every church needs both general and unique approach in pursuit of their growth. Church Growth team serves OA churches to find the best track which leads them to increase their membership steadily and consistently.
